If you require interpretation services for a live event where speed and minimal disruption to the speaker’s pace are preferred, Simultaneous Interpretation provides a summary of the spoken meaning in rapid succession without the need for the speaker to pause in between sentences. Alternately, if you require a more precise and comprehensive interpretation, such as in a business meeting where specific details need to be accurately conveyed, Consecutive Interpretation provides a clear and solid interpretation where the speaker and interpreter take turns alternating between speaking and pausing. Simultaneous interpretation is conducted from a booth to an audience equipped with a listening device whereas Consecutive Interpretation is carried out side-by-side with the speaker, audience and interpreter.

All interpreters meet United Nations standards. We regularly provide this service for grand openings, press conferences, meetings, interviews and other major occasions that require professional interpretation in Macao SAR, Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China.

Interpreting services are available in local language pairings of Cantonese, Mandarin and Portuguese. International languages are available upon request, including English, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Thai, French and German. Equipment

Simultaneous interpretation requires the use of an audio system to connect into the event room’s PA system. We supply Bosch Digital Simultaneous Interpreting equipment, including interpreter booths and headsets for delegates with a technician on standby throughout the entire event.
